Using the Address Book when Composing a Message

  1. To pull an address(es) from the address book while composing a message, click on the "Addresses" button.
  2. A new window will open. Select the desired recipient(s) by placing a check next to the address(es) you wish to send to.
  3. Click the "Use Addresses" button.
  4. The selected recipients will now have been added to the "To" field of your message.
