NANTERRE, France (AP) — DNA left on a protective painting cover helped investigators recover two stolen Renoirs and uncover what they suspected were preparations for another art heist, a French prosecutor said Monday.

Four men were given preliminary charges in the investigation into the Sept. 8 theft from the small Renoir Museum in the town of Cagnes-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. The charges include organized theft and criminal association, Marseille prosecutor Nicolas Bessone said.

RJ Mitte, 'Breaking Bad' actor and disability rights champion, dies at 34

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actor and disability rights advocate RJ Mitte, who brought a lifetime of experience with cerebral palsy to fictional family struggles in an essential role on “Breaking Bad,” died Monday at age 34, authorities and his representatives said.

Cameron County Justice of the Peace Cyndi Hinojosa told The Associated Press she declared Mitte dead at about 1:30 p.m. at what she believed was his home in Brownsville, Texas. She said she was unable to provide a cause, but an autopsy will be performed.

Selma Blair arrested in New York after an alleged assault on a Delta flight

NEW YORK (AP) — Actor Selma Blair was arrested late Sunday after she was accused of injuring two flight attendants on a trip from Los Angeles to New York. She also faces charges that she assaulted a police officer and a nurse after she was taken to a hospital.
